Guacamole

Ingredients

4 ripe avocados
1 cup Pico de Gallo
Kosher salt, to taste

Instructions

Cut your avocados in half and remove the pits. Roughly chop the avocado flesh and then take a fork and mash it up until you have the consistency that you want. Now add the Pico de Gallo and mix gently. Season with salt to taste.
