Ingredients
1-2 16 oz package(s) strawberries, hulled and quartered
1-2 6 oz package(s) fresh blueberries
1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 2 inch cubes
1/2 cantaloupe, cut into 2 inch cubes
1/2 honeydew, cut into 2 inch cubes
Dressing:
1 cup oil
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
First in a large bowl combine fruit.
Next in a mason jar combined all ingredients for the dressing and shake well until everything is mixed together.
Last drizzle desired amount of dressing over fruit, and gently toss to coat, garnish with mint if desired.
