1-2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese 12 eggs 5 oz can of evaporated milk 1 tsp ground dry mustard salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 325. Lightly grease a 9x13 in. baking dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly in the bottom of the baking dish leaving some for the top. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture on top of cheese. Bake in preheated oven 40 mins or until firm. Sprinkle more cheese on top (not sure if before or after cooked). Let cool slightly before cutting into squares to serve.
