1 cup butter 3/4 cup confectioners sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 Tbs coffee 1 3/4 cups flour 1 Tbs butter 1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate 1 cup confectioners sugar 2 Tbs milk
In a bowl cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Combine coffee and flour, stir into creamed mix and mix well. Chill. Shape into 3/4 in. balls, place on ungreased sheets. Bake at 350 18-20 mins. For glaze, melt butter and chocolate togehter. Add melted mixture to sugar and milk. Beat until smooth. Frost warm cookies.
